The ROTR Vision for America

Justin Higgins — Sun, 2008-02-10 00:22

ROTR- The ROTR Vision for AmericaThe Right on the Right Vision for America involves strong Conservatism all across the country. The thing is, it's also a realistic plan that involves supporting the best options. As you may have noticed, I have a new slatecard up in my sidebar, where you can donate towards candidates. Some of them are moderate, such as Senator Collins from Maine and Senator Sununu from New Hampshire. This is because the alternatives are even worse, left-wing liberals. I'm asking that you support these candidates financially and if you live in the respective states, vote for them in November. These candidates are in contested races, and we need to back them if we want the Senate and the House back in Conservative Republican hands.

Please note that candidates such as Paul Phillips and Kirk Schuring are still in primary battles, but are included in this slate because they're candidates endorsed by Right on the Right. I've also chosen to omit any Presidential candidates from my slatecard until we have an official nominee, despite the fact that I've chosen to endorse John McCain for President. Let's raise some money and take back the country!

Entering Adulthood on ROTR

Justin Higgins — Sat, 2008-01-12 15:18

It's funny, because though turning 18 is a huge step in life, not a lot of things change for me. I continue going to school, living in my suburban Northeast Ohio home, and I continue writing snarky and hard-hitting political commentary here on ROTR. As a political junkie, the most exciting part of my conversion into adulthood is the prospect of voting. I am excited because all of a sudden, I can take all of my opinions and cast that ballot. Perhaps I'm putting too much stock in the process, but I am excited about it. Others my age look at 18 as a plus for the strip clubs, and really look forward to 21, because that's the big drinking age. I've come a long way since I was RealTeen, blogging on a small sub-blog on Liberty News Forum. I thank you all for your day-to-day support and participation in my site.

On a side note, if you'd like to give me a birthday gift, please feel free to chip in a few dollars (5 or 10, I'm not asking for anything major), to the paypal link below as I'm preparing for an ambitious ad campaign promoting ROTR. Trust me, if things go well, you'll see it. I'll be chipping in my own money as well. Here's the link:

Project Valour-IT Donation Link

Justin Higgins — Sat, 2007-11-10 14:44

Due to some issues with the re-design, I was unable to keep the donation link for Project Valour-IT in the sidebar. Here's the link below if you want to donate through ROTR and through Team Air Force. My post explaining the fundraising project is online HERE.
