Justin Higgins did not invite me to his open house!

Shame! SHAME! Just 'cuz we're on polar ends of the political spectrum, and just cuz' we're barely friends and just cuz we've only known each other for just a year doesn't mean that I should be shunned from celebrating your graduation, eating and drinking free stuff and meeting your family.
Not that the food would have been free, per say, since I would have had a big, fat envelope with a big twenty dollars in it for you!
SHAME!!!!!!
And I had a T-shirt picked out for the occasion too
Now I bet you feel bad, "little boy".

I didn't know where to put
I didn't know where to put this so I'm doing it here...
Justin's been ducking you, Looney. I keep trying to get him so he can visit you and he dodges the trip every time. I think he fears the venom you have accumulated over the past couple months. He knows when to avoid a fight he can't win! Therefore I publicly declare him YELLOW until such a time that he is willing to argue aimlessly with you for hours on end in a public place of commerce.
No worries-
-Tone is still the hardest thing to convey on the interwub...and I generally try to avoid all the ' ;) '
and ' :) ' crap that people use to denote goofing around...
Ah!
Ops, sorry then, I misinterpreted you. Since I don't know your political views well enough I couldn't really tell and I totally ignored the Michael Moore thing. I also jumped in at that reply and didn't read any of the previous posts. And reading it back it seems very likely someone would say it and mean it. I guess I've been reading too many right-wing blogs... ;)
Ah---
I was having a sarcastic, back-and-forth with George, kind of a commentary on how some of the right-wingers view lefties and union folks and automatically painting them as 'commies' and socialists.
In all seriousness, I believe that workers should have a say, should be respected and should be considered an essential cog in the fantastic wealth-creating mechanism that is capitalism.
I'd go farther and say that had there been a world wide workers union established 80 years ago, lots of the problems that we face currently with job outsourcing, trade deficits and the falling value of the dollar (all connected) would not be happening.
Anti-democratic?
looneyontheleft,
I'm confused... do you not support democracy? Should not every human have the ability to participate, in a meaningful way, in the decision making of institutions that effect them?
Broadly speaking society can be divided into three spheres: the political, the social, and the economic. In a monarchy, the population does not have the ability to participate in the rules that govern them (the political sphere) because the rules are decreed by the king or queen. We generally consider it a good thing that we can participate, by electing politicians, in the law making process. The current democracies of the world all have their unique problems so this system is hardly perfect, but it is far better than what people have lived under before (and for many, living under right now).
Why should human beings not have the ability to participate in the rule making process for the company (economic sphere) that they work for? The workers of a company should decide when they have to arrive and when they can leave, how much they sell their goods or services for, and what will be done with their profit (after all the workers are the ones who made the profit in the first place). If not voting for the rules directly, at the very least, workers should be able to elect the people that put their company's rules in place.
Political democracy, social democracy, economic democracy. Then a country can truly call itself a democracy.
I am his exact duplicate
Every since Roger and Me people told me, 'Hey, your 13 year old ass looks just like that commie who made that movie!'
IT makes me sad. I for one am sick of his movies with their communistic and socialistic overtones. How many times can one man make a movie saying over and over again how workers have to rise up and take over the factories that they work in!? And his constantly calling for the government to direct all aspects of life in America is unsettling to say the least. Here's more pics of Moore, just so folks can see my shame...
I'm going to go cry now.
I gotta tell ya- Josh looks
I gotta tell ya-
Josh looks exactly like Michael Moore.
There is no discernable difference between the two.
Who is who?
I can't tell! It's that striking.
Clearly you've been outwitted yet again, lefttard.
Just bow your head and walk away from this forum now.
Why how can you go on?
You have been (rightfully) compared to Michael Moore, a modern day Hitler. The worst person in America.
Every single thing he has ever shown in his movies is communist propaganda and you look like him. Exactly like him to be specific.
There is no difference between the two of you using the naked eye.
This debate is settled.
You're the worst person on the planet.
Because you look EXACTLY like Michael Moore.
When I first seen the picture I thought to myself "Why is Michael Moore posting on Justin's website?"
As I read on I realized that this Moore-doppleganger is in fact someone else! Huh???
How can this be???
How can two men look EXACTLY the same?
What are the mathmatical odds that two people born over twenty years apart would look EXACTLY the same?
This just blows my mind!
I gotta call Ripley's.
This is insane.
man-
-If I looked good, it just wouldn't be funny.
I wish I had my brother's old jew-fro curly hair so I could look like Al Franken. :(
Alright, thats ridiculous.
Alright, thats ridiculous. Your now posting pictures of yourself on this site. You might as well give out your phone number so we can all you and discuss the latest happenings at ROTR.
BTW its fitting that you look like Michael Moore.
Man, does that picture
Man, does that picture quality suck.
Anywho, Justin vowed to go with me to visit ya this week. Now you have something to look forward to.
