Minority Leader Boehner Endorses McCain

House Minority Leader John Boehner, along with other Republican leaders in Congress decided this morning to endorse John McCain for President. Following John's big wins in Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland, I think it's more obvious than ever that he's going to be our nominee. Politico has the story of the endorsement:
(The Politico) The top three Republicans in the House announced their support for John McCain Wednesday morning, giving the Arizona senator more support from his traditional adversaries in the House.
Minority Leader John A. Boehner (R-Ohio), Minority Whip Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) and Republican Conference Chairman Adam Putnam (R-Fla.) all endorsed McCain during a Wednesday morning press conference following his brief appearance before House Republicans at the Capitol Hill Club.
Putnam initially backed former Tennessee Sen. Fred Thompson before he pulled out of the race. Boehner and Blunt had not yet endorsed anyone and repeatedly told reporters they would remain neutral.
John Boehner is a true Conservative, and he has joined a chorus of Conservatives supporting John McCain. The stakes of the coming election are too high to sit at home, and with the most liberal Senator in Congress now the Democrat front-runner, we have to weigh our options carefully. I say, support John McCain.
